What kind of products do you sell?

All products in our shop are digital crochet patterns (PDF downloads).

No physical items will be shipped. After purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF file that includes detailed instructions and step-by-step photos to guide you in creating your own handmade piece.

Can I share or resell your patterns?

All ViviToria Studio patterns are for personal use only.

You are welcome to sell finished items made from our patterns in small quantities. However, the patterns themselves may not be copied, redistributed, shared, or resold in any form, whether free or paid.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been delivered.
